1. Grant of License

Dopamine grants Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Dopamine Notetaker boilerplate.

You can:

  • Create unlimited End Products (SaaS, websites, apps)
  • Use for personal or commercial purposes
  • Build products for unlimited clients
  • Sell the End Products to end users
  • Modify the source code for your products

Updates

Includes access to updates for 12 months from purchase. After this period, you may continue using your version but won't receive new updates unless renewed.

2. Restrictions

You cannot:

  • Redistribute the Product or derivatives separately from an End Product, neither as code nor as design assets
  • Create End Products that allow End Users to build their own End Products using the Product or derivatives
  • Create a theme, template, boilerplate, or starter kit using the Product and make it available for sale or free
  • Create a "website builder" or "app builder" where end users can build using components derived from the Product
  • Convert the Product to another framework and make it available for sale or free
  • Share access to the Product with individuals not covered by this license
  • Use the Product to create anything that may be deemed, in Dopamine's sole discretion, to be competitive or in conflict with Dopamine's business

In simple terms: use Dopamine Notetaker for anything you like, as long as it doesn't compete with Dopamine Notetaker.
